Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the "Cash-Out" feature is available. All bet outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sports authority.

• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
• qq444 is not liable for any disconnection during live betting; all submitted bets will remain valid.
• If a bet is submitted while odds are changing, the odds at the time of submission will apply.
• If one selection in a combo bet is cancelled, the remaining selections will be used to calculate the result.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, qq444 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• Filing chargebacks or making fraudulent payment claims.
• Under the order of a court or regulatory authority.

If an account is terminated and any funds are legitimately owed and unrelated to prohibited activity, they will be returned. In cases involving prohibited activity, all balances may be forfeited.
